Michael Rademacher was raised in the Midwest and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. His career of more than 40 years was focused in the polymer industry where he served in both management and executive roles.

Michael’s motivation to create this book was based on a personal experience of a very close friend’s early and unexpected departure and the ensuing challenges it created for his family locating important financial and personal information needed for their untimely transition.

Michael does not provide investment, estate planning, accounting or tax advice in this book. It’s to be considered a tool to help organize important financial and personal information necessary to ensure a smooth transition well ahead of the time of a loved one’s departure.
